Hail caesar!

Hail Caesar!
The dressing that is.  

Lets just say I've been on a salad dressing kick lately.   I have a homemade raspberry balsamic vinaigrette, ranch, and now... Caesar.  

I was browsing online, because a few weeks back I bought anchovies just thinking ahead.   So here I found this simple recipe at once upon a chef.    Let me tell you, hands down fabulous!

Now I'm blogging from my phone, about to slice into some grilled chicken to top these salads and then drench it in this homemade goodness.

The only difference is that I used anchovy filets in olive oil and combined it all in my food processor, adding a bit of the anchovy oil.....
